Tarren (Rose), the heroine of this Australian sci-fi film, is captured offscreen. We see her in a chair with her hands implicitly tied behind her. She’s wearing a breathing mask which the villain threatens to remove unless the hero gives up some information. Then he removes it anyway, revealing a nice white cloth cleave gag.

A short standoff ensues, during which Tarren is menaced by a hideous space alien, but it gets distracted and she escapes (again offscreen). Some nice closeups before that happens.
