Güsel Mehmet (Cansin Yilmaz) is waiting at the hospital when a guy walks up to him. He asks her something but as she questions him, he quickly grabs her and chloroforms her mouth.

He carries into a warehouse and places her on a mattress on the floor. She wakes up hogtied. Her hands are tied behind her with ropes that connects to her feet which were bound together as well. She struggles to get free.

In the next scene, she is still bound in the same way, but now gagged OTM with a white cloth. She tries her best to pull down the gag, and finally manages to get the gag down, and she calls for help. Unfortunately for her, the bad guy come rush into the room and places the gag back into her mouth, now as cleave-gag. He then snaps a photo of her with his phone.

She stays like that for awhile, where in between the bad guys come to check on her, occasionally ungags her. Eventually she is rescued.
