[REVIEW] Alexandra Paul – Facing the Enemy
As Olivia McCleary (Alexandra Paul) got home and plays her answering machine, she gets a message from her husband informing her about who the bad guy is, who apparently is a guy she trusted. Unfortunately the guy heard the message as well, as he’s in the house with her. She tried to make a run for it but is grabbed and handgagged by him.
Later, Olivia’s husband arrives home to find her bound to a chair; her hands are tied behind the backrest (bonds never shown), feet tied together with what looks like thin black rope, and she is gagged with a strip of duct tape (very well-applied and sticky).
Some quiet mmpphhing, whimpering and lovely expressions from her as a standoff ensues. However, Olivia then manages to headbutt the bad guy as he stands close to her; this allows her husband to tackle and disarm him. The bad guy then gets away, her husband peels the tape off Olivia’s mouth and unties her onscreen.
