Kim Bauer (Elisha Cuthbert) just got out of jail and is going home in a cab when a van crash into the cab. Then several gunmen in mask got out of an SUV and extract her out of the crashed cab. She is gagged on-screen with a piece of duct tape. She is brought into the SUV and driven away. In the SUV her hands are tied in front of her with several rounds of ropes.
She is brought to a warehouse at the dock, hands still bound in front and tape-gagged. There she’s met with her dad who is a prisoner of the bad guys as well. She mmphhs alot seeing him, however its just a brief encounter and she is led away into a different part of the warehouse. She remains there for most of the scene, sitting on a chair. Her feet however were never bound.
At one point, one of the bad guy threaten to shoot her, however he decides otherwise. Towards the end of the scene, she managed to make a run for it, on account of her hands being bound in front and feet wasn’t bound. She runs across the dock while the bad guys chasing her. Ultimately she manages to get away by jumping into the water.
