In a dark hallway in a house, (Mackenzie Carpenter) Leighton Meester and a guy are sneaking around until she stumbles upon a jukebox and it turned on by itself playing a music. Then the clown appears and jumped them. The clown knocks her cold and then goes after the guy. Cut to black.

Mackenzie awakens sitting on a chair on a dining table. In front of her is a birthday cake with candles, her name is written on the cake. She is tied to the chair. Her hands are tied behind her back with white ropes. There are more ropes criss-crossing her torso and around her waist. She is gagged with a piece of duct tape. Looking around, there are dead bodies propped up to be seated all around the table, wearing party hats as if to celebrate her birthday. She mmphhs loudly and struggles on the chair. Her screams are muted by the tapegag.

Later, as she struggles and mmphhing on the chair, the clown appears behind her, and surprises her. He held a massive axe on her neck. He slowly peels the tape off Mackenzie’s mouth as she scream to the top of her lungs. And then the usual ‘no one can hear you’ and ‘what do you want’ exchange happens. He then proceeds to pour gasoline over her, she screams and struggle on the chair as the gasoline wets her entire body.

Just as he finishes dumping the gasoline, a gunshot is heard. Its Mackenzie’s mother, shooting at the clown. She then proceeds to shoot him again multiple time as he fell over. She tries to free her but only managed to untie her hands before the clown rise again and jumps her. He chokes her until she passes out. In the meantime, using her free hands, Mackenzie drinks a mouthful of liqour and waits for him. As soon as the clown returns and pickup a lit candle from the cake to light her up, she blow the liquor from her mouth directly to his face, creating a fire spray the lit the clown on fire. She then frees herself to get her mother.
