Sarah Wayne Callies – Prison Break (2) [1080p]

Sara (Callies) is kidnapped two episodes prior (5.07; “Wine Dark Sea”) when she is forced to hand over her gun, and can later be heard mmpphhing behind a basement door at 6mins of the following episode (5.08; “Progeny”), but the scene gets going properly here. We are first treated to a close-up of Sara’s hands being tied behind the backrest of a chair, with thin rope, and feet already tied. For a few minutes she has some heated conversation with her captor (ex-lover), until he has enough of her backchat and punches her in the face.

He then asks his associate to “Tape her mouth shut, please……..Tape it shut!” Indeed a wide strip of duct tape is smoothed over her mouth onscreen; rather loosely at first, but this is fixed in subsequent shots. Once left alone, she puts up a great struggle by tipping the chair over onto the floor, using her bound feet to kick over a wine bottle, and cutting the ropes with a broken shard. Her actual escape happens offscreen, but not before some quiet mmpphhing and muffled grunting sounds.
