Lily, played by Crystal Lowe and her boyfriend picks up the hitchhiking serial killer in their semi. The boyfriend was found dead in a ditch and she ended up in tied up a motel. The next time we see her she’s all bloodied with cuts all over her body, naked, hands spreadeagled cuffed to the bed, gagged with a piecec of duct tape, struggling and moaning. Her panties are still on though. The serial killer then starts talking with her, then he realized that she “doesn’t have a mouth” since her mouth is taped up, he then proceeds to draw a lips on the tape with a lipstick. Unfortunately she did not survive the torture.
