The scene begins with Kim Bauer (Elisha Cuthbert) in a van at the back with one guy and another guy is driving the van. She’s nagging on the guy with her at the back for leaving her injured friend and asking to go back. The driver then makes a sudden stop, saying that she’s right and they should go back, to make sure she’s dead. She then becomes erratic and the driver hands the guy a roll of duct tape. He proceeds to tape her hands behind her back and her feet together. She is gagged with a piece of that tape as well.

After Kim is taped up, they make their way back to find the aforementioned girl, as they were preparing to make a drive-by shooting, we see alot of concern and worried expression along with mmphhing from Kim’s gagged face. However their plan to kill that girl failed as the ambulance came right on time.

They arrived at a location to meet the head bad guy. They open up the van door to see Kim in full view. The head guy then mention to her that he will be taking her now. They then proceed to load her into the backseat of the guy’s car, and he drives off. At one point, the car stops at the traffic lights, which prompts Kim to start mmpphhing and kicking at the window with her taped-up feet. A gun held to her face soon puts a stop to that. They soon arrive at a back alley, where he takes her out of the back seat, carries her OTS/over the shoulder and bundles her into the trunk, all with lots of helpless mmpphhing.

In the last sequence, Kim, still in the trunk whilst he meets up with his goon from earlier again, who now demand payment for their end of the deal. When the meeting occurs, the trunk is popped open and Kim peers out with helpless expression on her face as he watch everything unfold. The head bad guy then shot the driver as he failed to kill the earlier girl and lie to him about it. He then walks away. Kim is freed off-screen.
