Emily (Olesya Rulin) pours wine (spiked) into a couple of glass for her parents, as they were having dinners. Upon drinking the wine, Samantha (Kristin Chenoweth), Emily’s mother passes out, along with her husband. Emily then enlists the help of her younger siblings to tie up their parents to a chair. Samantha has her hands taped to the chair’s armsrests and her feet tied together with ropes.

Samantha wakes up in the morning by being woken up by her kids recording her tied to a chair, alongside her husband. Emily then confronts her and informs them that this is sort of an intervention. As they’re talking, Samantha is protesting throughout, as well as struggling to get free.

Later, Emily is giving lesson to her tied up parents, but seeing Samantha could keep her mouth shut, Emily gets her sister to go get the tape. Samantha ended up gagged with a long piece of duct tape. As Emily continues, someone comes to the door. Samantha then starts to mmphhs behind her gag. The kids scramble to hide their parents.

Emily drags Samantha to a broom closet. Samantha never stop mmmphhing through the tape gag calling for help. Emily then sprays her face with something, intending to knock her out, but it just iritates Samantha even more. Soon after the determine the person is gone, Emily gets out. Samantha drags herself out on the chair as well.

They then have a guest, a lady. Samantha attempted to speak to her but only be able to gagtalk through the tape. Emily then rips the tape off her mouth in one fell swoop. Later at night Samantha is tape gagged again. In the morning, Samantha and her husband is left alone. As they talk, the husband discovers a knife on the floor. They both drops themselves to the floor and her husband manages to get the knife with his mouth to free themselves.
