Karen (Lauren Schneider) is walking in the woods at night, after walking away from her boyfriend (who is busy doing something else), she is then met with the badguy, who punch her in the face, knocking her out. She is then carried over the shoulder by the bad guy’s henchman to a firepit area where the bad guy confronts the boyfriend. Later, her unconscious body is picked up again into the woods by the henchman.

Karen wakes up in a dark cabin tied to a chair. Her hands are taped to the chair’s armrests and her feet tied to the chair legs just below the knee with ropes. She is gagged with a rag stuffed in her mouth (most of it hanging out) and held together with a strip of black strap/tape. Then she sees the bad guy, a bald man. She then starts of struggle and mmphhs as the baldman walks up to her. He puts on a necklace on her as she tried to “calm” her down.

He then explains to her the meaning of the necklace. Finishing then, he goes to produce a machete. Karen screams through her gag as she sees the machete. He then proceeds to chop off one of her foot, prompting an agonizing scream from her. He then left her in the cabin by herself. As she struggle and mmphhs in despair.

Later, she wakes up, still tied up and gagged as before. She looks around the creepy cabin. Then, the floor opens from the corner of the cabin and a creature climbs out of it. Making its way to her. She mmphhs helplessly as the creature puts some sort of cloth on her shoulder. The creature then walks in front of her and examine the thing on the necklace, and as though that thing gives it confirmation, it attacks her.
