In a suspenseful series of scenes, Lisa Bellmer (played by Melissa Sagemiller) becomes the target of a man named Kenneth. Lisa’s discovery of him being a creep leads her to take action against him and got him fired. One evening, as she leaves work, Kenneth confronts her outside the office, imploring her. When she declines, he resorts to force, grabbing her and making threats, and start to handgag her. In the struggle, Lisa falls and hits her head, resulting in her being disoriented. During this incident, her shirt is torn, revealing her bra. However, as a security guard arrives, Kenneth manages to escape.

Lisa regains consciousness in Kenneth’s apartment, now wearing a black bustier/corset, a black leather collar, and a gray skirt. It’s implied that Kenneth dressed her while she was unconscious. He uses manipulative tactics to try to coerce her into a relationship, but she resists. Her attempt to escape leads to Kenneth binding her to a chair. Her hands are tied in front of her with white ropes, connected to the armrest and a chair leg. Her feet are also tied, and she’s gagged with a black ballgag. Though the tying process is off-screen, it’s revealed that her knees are tied on-screen as a doorbell rings.

Kenneth’s neighbor, who’s been suspicious of him, arrives and causes a commotion. Lisa warns the neighbor that Kenneth is nearby. In the ensuing chaos, Lisa and the neighbor attempt to flee. However, Lisa realizes she’s trapped as Kenneth has rigged the back strings of her bustier to a ceiling device. As she struggles, Kenneth incapacitates the neighbor.

Lisa finds herself being pulled closer to Kenneth as he activates the device, attaching her wrists to leather cuffs suspended from the ceiling. She’s then re-gagged with the ballgag. He makes a phone call while Lisa remains bound and gagged. Kenneth proceeds to incapacitate the neighbor further, horrifying Lisa.

Subsequently, Kenneth injects Lisa with a sedative, changing her into a business suit. She’s suspended by two strings attached to the ceiling, resembling a mannequin display. As Kenneth prepares for his sinister plans, Lisa awakens. During his phone call, she manages to send out distressing documents using a computer keyboard, struggling with her bonds and suspension throughout the whole process.

Kenneth retaliates by securing Lisa in a customized crate with straps securing her neck, hands to her sides and her ankles separately, rendering her immobile. As she’s telling him that the person in the phone is not real, he slip the ballgag (which is hanging on her neck all this while) on her mouth, preventing her pleads. He places a plexiglass cover over the crate, making her as a mannequin display in a crate and close the crate, muffling her cries through the ballgag.

Next, he opened the crate and preps her bringing a tray of surgical equipments. He proceeds to cut off her clothes, while she mmphhs throughout. He then injects her on her thigh and hands to suck out all her blood. Before he could turn on the pump, she uses her strength the get one of her wrist free from the straps (apparently its secured with plastic clip) and punch him in the face. While he fell, she frees herself and makes a run for it. She didn’t get far as he grabs her and brings her back into the room, however she manages to grab a small statue and knocks him out
