Sidney (Natalia Cigliuti) gives Gwen (Sarah Lancaster) a glass of wine and ended up feeling dizzy. Apparently Sidney has spiked the wine. Gwen then loses consciousness and fell to the floor as she tries to crawl away from Sidney.

In the next sequence, Sidney is waiting by her car at the top of a multi-story parking garage. Another car then drives over to her, and a man got out and walks over to her. She then opens the trunk presenting Gwen, bound and gagged inside. Her hands are taped behind her back and her feet taped together. She is also gagged with a piece of duct tape. Initially the man disapproves of what Sidney has done, but eventually comes around.

As they were carrying Gwen out of the trunk, the protagonist appears from behind his car pointing a gun to them. They put Gwen on the floor as instructed by the protagonist. He then walks over to peel the tape off her mouth and tries to produces a pocket knife with one hand while the other still pointing the gun at the couple. The cuts the tape off her feet as she sits up, hand still taped behind her back.

Before he can cut the tape off her hands, the bad guy makes a distraction by turning on his car alarm which startled the protagonist. He then jumps the protagonist trying to wrestle the gun away from his hand. Gwen backs away while they wrestle and tries to cut the tape by herself. Eventually the protagonist win and frees her hands.
