Anisa Gold (Stacey Oristano) gets into a taxi that a serial killer is using to get his victims. A chloroform sprays knocks her out, and when she comes to she is tied to a chair, wrists to armrest, and gagged with a nicely secured piece of duct tape. After struggling for a while, she is moved to a horizontal table and strapped down nude, so that she can be drowned in ethanol. The FBI finds her in time to save her.
