Lauren Malone (Taylor Cole) was arrested and is sitting in the backseat of a cruiser as she is driven to jail. Further in front, the villain placed a spike strip across the road the cruiser is heading to. Upon hitting the spike strip, the cruiser veers of the road and came to a halt. The villain emerges with a shotgun and shot the driver. He then opens the backdoor getting to Lauren, she tries to kick him to no avail and eventually he injects her with sedative knocking her out.

She awakens in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. Multiple close-ups reveal that she is sitting on a chair, hands securely cuffed behind the backrest, feet tied to the chair legs with black rope, and very tightly cleave gagged with a dark red bandanna (so tight that her teeth are clenched over it). The chair is also chained to a closet. After a while he slowly ungags her, with some drool visible on the cloth as he leaves it around her neck. She is bemused at his crazy reasons for kidnapping her and tries to scream, he immediately handgags her and re-gags her with the cloth. Some gag-talk and lots of desperate mmpphhing from the helpless captive.

Later, he left her there alone. She takes this opportunity to try to break free. It takes some furious effort and muffled grunting (with strained expressions aplenty over the gag), but she eventually manages to break the backrest and slip the cuffs under her butt. The untying of her feet is shown, but not when she ungags herself. When the killer returns, she uses a spade (hands still cuffed in front) to knock him out, steal his keys and make a break for it.
