An archenemy with a grudge against the team returns and subdues Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) after a nasty fight to begin the episode. Next we see her suspended by her wrists. She is wearing a white tank top, black leggings and black high heels. Her wrists and ankles are tied with black ropes. The bad guy wants to taunt the hero about Sarah’s peril, so he gags her with duct tape for a video chat. This scene is marred a bit by the opening credits which are being shown.

After the call, the gag is removed, but Sarah is left hanging in the cellar, which is refrigerated. Left alone, she swings her tied ankles up to her wrists and extracts a knife from her platform shoes.
