Serial-killer hero Dexter meets a woman, Hannah McKay (Yvonne Strahovski) who is just as twisted as he is, and naturally takes steps to dispatch her. He takes Hannah to a tent containing a scene from a winter wonderland, steps up behind her and gives her an injection to the neck to knock her out.

When she awakes, she is laying nude on a slab, gagged with a wide strip of duct tape (well-applied and sticky), and plastic wrap holding her down. He threatens her with a knife before peeling the tape off of her mouth. The knife has apparently acted as foreplay, since she tells him to “do what you’ve got to do”, and he cuts her loose and makes love to her on the slab.

Great lighting and some great camera angles, with gorgeous close-ups of Hannah’s gagged face. Overall, an excellent scene.
