[REVIEW] Diana Scarwid & Alexandra Lydon – Prison Break

Oct 23, 2006 | TV Series: US/UK/Aus | 0 comments

The escapees break into the home of Jeanette Owens (Diana Scarwid) and hold her hostage. When a police officer, Ann Owens (Alexandra Lydon), arrives, Jeanette is tightly armgagged (literally) by T-Bag when she tries to call out. Ann finds her and pulls out a gun, but ends up getting overpowered by the gang. Turns out she is the daughter of Jeanette.

In the next scene, the two women are bound to chairs; Jeanette’s hands are cuffed behind the backrest, feet to chair legs with white phone cord, and she is cleave gagged with a white patterned scarf, whilst Jeanette is OTM gagged with a blue washcloth and white masking tape wrapped around it (her wrist bonds are not visible).

Several sequences run throughout the scene. Ann spends a lot of time ungagged and talking to Sucre, who is tasked with keeping watch over her. Both ladies are ungagged and re-gagged onscreen at some point. Later, one of the captors gives Jeanette a knife and tells her that she will be able to free herself with it in about one hour. Then the convicts run away and leave them alone. They free themselves off-screen.
