Scene begins with wheelchair-bound Nica (Fiona Dourif) in a garage threatening Chucky, who is in a passenger seat of a car in a garage with an axe. Her husband then come rushing towards her and takes the axe away from her. She then begins to have an attack and ask her husband to give her a shot of the insulin, but he just stood there.

In the next sequence, she wakes up in her bedroom with her hands taped to the armrests of her wheelchair. The husband is standing in front of her. She begins to scream at her husband but he had enough and slaps a piece of duct tape on her mouth gagging her. He then goes to the bed to look at his laptop while Nica looks helplessly.

Chucky then sneaks around the back of Nica’s wheelchair while Nica’s tries to call for her husband to no avail, only mmmphhs comes out. By the time he realized it, Chucky has pushed her wheelchair towards her husband and she bumps into him sending him falling knocking him out. Chucky then emerges from the side holding an axe walking towards her unconscious husband.

Nice mmphhs and struggle to get free. She manages to free her hands then proceeds to lift her wheelchair towards Chucky blocking the axe with the wheels. She then rips the tape off her mouth.
